Occupied Spaces

  • We deliver a strategic design plan that the home buyer demographic expects in neighbourhoods all across the Greater Toronto Area

  • Our team will select appropriate artwork, lighting, furnishings and accessories to complete the look that suits the specific demographic

  • Rental item prices include delivery, set-up and removal following sale of the property

  • The process takes between 3 - 4 hours for the team to execute

  • Upon completion you have a product that is ready to photograph and has the WOW factor you need to attract the right buyer

Staging Consultations

  • A detailed walk through, which includes specific recommendations by room is provided (1 - 2 hours)

  • A booklet is provided to capture comments and keep recommendations on hand and tasks organized

  • A proposal will be provided outlining the full scope of the staging project within 24 - 48 hours

Vacant Spaces

  • We deliver a strategic design plan that turns a cold uninviting space into a property that emphasizes the positive features of the home, creates the proper flow, and maximizes the square footage

  • Our team will select appropriate artwork, lighting, furnishings and accessories to complete the look that suits the specific demographic, and allows the buyer to emotionally connect with the space

  • Rental item prices include delivery, set-up and removal following sale of the property

  • The process takes between 5 - 6 hours for the team to execute

  • Upon completion you have a product that is ready to photograph and has the WOW factor you need to attract the right buyer

Redesign Services

  • Starts with a design consult

  • Analysis of lighting, colour, finishes, and feel of the room and the overall property

  • The process can be customized to suit your needs and budget

  • Can include floor plans (2D & 3D), style board (identifying and planning the ideal furniture, art, lamps and accessories, and finishes like flooring, paint colour)

  • Optional: sourcing furniture and accessories

  • Perfecting the layout, flow and energy of the space

Colour Consults​

  • Starts with a walk through of the entire property

  • Analysis of lighting, fabrics, finishes, and feel of the room and the overall property

  • The client receives 3 options with a rationale for why these tones/shades/hues will work

  • PURE will provide colour reference codes to ensure accuracy when purchasing the products you require.

  • Should you require a rendering of your room with this colour applied, PURE can assist with this. We provide digital renderings to our clients and also photo manipulation/editing.

  • The goal is that you move forward with confidence before investing!

2D & 3D Renderings

Starts with a walk through of the entire property

  • Supply the builder's floor plans and we can show you the potential of a space so that your buyer will understand the end result for unfinished spaces

  • We can revamp an old dated space to show the buyer how the space will look once updated

  • This is a great way to show income potential of a property by having us develop a plan for a rental unit, taking the guesswork away from the buyer
